Try going to a website like www.allrecipes.com and check out all the vegetable recipes they have. Maybe look up vegetable recipes for kids as these will probably "hide" the veggies in the dish with the other ingredents.

You can try drinking V-8 juice if you like tomato juice. You can also put cheese sauce on you veggies to help them taste good. Also be sure to try fresh as well as frozen and canned veggies. Just because you don't care for the taste one way doesn't mean you won't like them another way. My daughter cannot stand canned green beans but if I get them fresh and cook them she will eat some as those taste totally different.

Spaghetti sauce is tomatoes ! and lots of Asian dishes do wonders with green beans. Carrots > add some brown sugar & butter. And peas do great in an Alfredo sauce.
And except for canned tomatoes for spaghetti sauce (do fresh if you have time tho) . . . avoid canned veggies - yuck.

maybe they are overcooked. if the color changes or they get gray. they are overcooked. Some people use too much water and they taste like slop. Try steaming them, add a little butter and salt. use a litttle soy sauce.

Salsa is full of vegetables, and you can use in almost anything you make to add flavor or to spice it up.
