I've lost about 5kg over a few months due to my very active on your feet-all-day job and reasonably healthy eating.But I want to quicken up the pace...If I eat a little breakfast and fruit for lunch & one lean cuisine meal for dinner, will I lose 1/2-1kg a week?I'm not rushing it, I just wanna speed it up a bit.:)

yeah i think that 1/2 to 1kg is like 1lbs -2lbs :)

i am on weight watchers too we stay away from lean cusine well we got a big family to feed lol but i think it has a lot of salt in it. how many points is it? we do the points system. I lost 6 pounds on the flex plan. but if you count your points if you are doing the flex plan and it is not that bad on points you should be fine. What i eat for breakfast and lunch i eat egg beaters and cearal and oatmeal different days of course lol and for breakfast i eat fat free cheese if i eat a sandwich that is low in calories and it is only 1 point for each slice and sometimes i eat salads which are no points if you eat fat free dressing and soup 1/2 a can of chicken noodle is like two points. Just make sure you eat your veggies and breakfast and luch and dinners my dinners are mostly 5-7 points and we eat good dinners. Next time you go to your weight watchers meeting i would just talk to everyone else or to the teacher and see what he/she thinks about it. I think lean cusines are kinda bad for you. but that is just my opion. i been on weight watchers for 4 weeks now and i lost 6 pounds. Try walking more i know you have an active job but walking on a tread mill helps alot in loosing weight my mom does that and she lost a lot of pounds too she is on weight watchers too. GOOD LUCK

I don't know the whole kg metric system (i live in the US) but I can tell you that I eat the lean cuisine and weight watchers meals and I love them! They are a great meal but I would suggest eating a salad first that way you will be more filled up.

try drinking skim milk at breakfast instead of juice overweight people who drank skim milk for breakfast ate fewer calories

odds are you re eating too fast try holding a conversation while having a meal so you re not gulping down more than you need to feel full
