I've lost about 5kg over a few months due to my very active on your feet-all-day job and reasonably healthy eating.But I want to quicken up the pace...If I eat a little breakfast and fruit for lunch & one lean cuisine meal for dinner, will I lose 1/2-1kg a week?I'm not rushing it, I just wanna speed it up a bit.:)

yeah i think that 1/2 to 1kg is like 1lbs -2lbs :)
