What do you do all day? Cause one thing i notice about my life is that the days where i dont do anything.. i have trouble sleeping. Wear yourself out and set yourself up to sleep early.
You could also sacrifice a day. Just stay awake all thru the night, all the next day ( make sure you have nothing important to do) and then pass out at like 7-8 pm the next day. You'll wake up the next day early and well rested. Should be able to fall asleep the next night early too.
Either way, youve just gotta teach your body when its time to sleep. Light effects sleep cycles, to make it dark in your bedroom.
O, and if youve got a lot going on in your bedroom.. decorations etc. take it out, a simple room is easier to sleep in.
and last but not least, Start at 10,000. Count backwards to 1. You'll never make it.

It really is a matter of teaching your body a sleeping cycle. First of all, you have to create an environment that is comfortable to sleep in. Make sure that it is dark and the bed you are sleeping in is comfortable. Force yourself to get up early and don't nap during the day. Decrease your caffine intake if you drink alot of caffine. Try doing some relaxation activities before bed. Soak in a hot bath, drink some warm milk, have quiet time reading. Get your mind and body in the mind set of going to bed. Then, when you get in bed you can try some relaxation techniques - such as tensing and releasing the muscles in your body starting at your toes and working your way up. Try counting your heart beats or your breathes in and out. But most of all, don't give up if it doesn't work the first night. Force yourself to get up in the morning and be active. Don't lounge around and snooze. If you stay active during the day you will be more apt to sleep at night. And if all else fails - meletonin does help. There is also Valerian - another natural sleep remedy. But if you continue to make yourself stay up during the day, your body will follow and sleep at night. If, after two weeks or so, you are still fighting it. I would go and see a doctor about it. Especially if it is important for you to be awake during the day and sleep at night. Good luck.

You may be like Me, a Night Owl. I have learned to accept this & sleep during the morning. My body is ready to tackle the day after 3 PM.
Research about Melatonin. I have some that I take when I must sleep at night in order to be up during the morning. It is a substance that our body naturally produces to induce the sleep-wake cycle.

a million. Get support out of your peers or your loved ones. two. Allow them to kick you from your mattress early. three. Keep your self REALLY busy throughout daylight hours. four. Avoid quick naps throughout the day. five. Have early dinner/ consume mild for dinner/ quick throughout night time time. 6. Do anything uninteresting throughout the night time time. Any movement repeated over a interval of time turns into a addiction.

I have noticed in my personal life that alot of people who have sleeping problems also do not work or do anything outside of the house, so if that's you get a job or volunteer or do something outside. If not, the only alternative I see is medicine.
