1. If you have armpit hair, shave it off - this will expose the skin to evaporation.
2. Avoid synthetic clothes - stick to cotton instead.
3. If your armpit sweat smells very badly, drink more water and try to urinate more often. Your body waste should be eliminated more from your urine and less through sweat.

I suffered from hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). Tried everything my doctor told me. My hyperhidrosis was so bad at times that I wouldn't go near crowded places, let alone sit in restaurants or go to the cinema or theater.
Until I found the information on this site: http://stop-sweating-now.keysolve.net

It helped me in ways that I still cannot comprehend; this is truly remarkable. It's been 7 days since I completed the basic Sweat Miracle program and my hyperhidrosis is gone without a trace.

i have a similar problem. i usually always wear undershirts and wear a deodrant that isn't a spray or gel; usually a dry stick. there's also a special deodrant called Certain Dri. Look it up.

You need an anti-perspirant, not deodorant. Anti-perspirants contain aliminum in their composition, just read the label. if it says aluminum anything as the first ingredient, it should do the trick. If not, you will have to go to your doctor for a prescription for something stronger.
