It is Vaastu.
I believe because it is a shastra (a detailed subject with many branches and instructions maps etc)
It is the guide line for structures and any structure not built according to vaastu is not helpful to man.
Now a days even the Americans are calling Vaastu experts for consultation on site structure layout etc.
It is in a simple sense if you put things in wrong places in your house you will be troubled and there will be no peace in the house.
