if you buy it at the grocery store then yes, but you can go to the state liquior store and buy 6 % beer, corona etc.

Yes and the reason... almost all beer is around 3.5%. At least most American beers such as Miller Light Bud 3.4 Bud Light 3.2 and Bud wiser 4.0. Corona is not any higher, for the person who mentioned it. If your looking for high content try Ice beer (the brewing process creates higher alcohol content) or IPA (Indian pale ales) again the process creates a higher content. Most beers over 5% will list it. example Bud Ice 5.5%
