hahaha...technically, yes! some blind dogs even have other seeing eye dogs - other dogs that they live with who let the blind dogs follow them around.

My mother's dog is blind, and she keeps joking about getting her a seeing-eye or helper-monkey. But my father pointed out all the hanging from chandeliars and feces flinging...so that's not gonna happen.

Otherwise, the dog uses her nose to search things out in the house (She knows her way around the house well...as long as people don't move the furniture around. Because that's just mean) Outside, she has to be guided or she's likely to walk into poles, or parked cars. So I suppose she does have a seeing-eye human when she leaves the house.

That's easy. If you own a blind dog, then you're obviously its seeing eye human.

not really if you have a blind dog get another dog. I was watching a tv show and they showed a puppy about 10 months helping a blind dog get around. it also protected it.

mine did. A neighbor had a blind poodle which he could not care for any longer because of his age. The poodle was a girl named Angel. I took care of her day and night for 2 and a half years until she died. She was my baby and we were very attached to each other.
