The best way to love someone is to care about them. Think about how they are doing. Ask them how their day was. Listen to whatever they have to say. The best is to take care of them when they are sick. That's so hot. lol ;) I'm serious though. If he's in a position to accept your love then it will be great, if he's not then he's not and you won't be able to control that. But you should try though! Definitely try! Always think about what he wants and what's best for him with no thanks for yourself. That's what love is. If he's a good guy then he won't be able to help himself love you and feel so loyal to you. That's how I would feel anyway.

If you're so concerned, maybe he's not the one for you. That being said, a guy will often take you for granted if he thinks the things you are doing are not being done for him but because it is in your nature to do them. It's horrible for a guy to have to wonder if his girl really cares about him, because she does the same things for just about everyone else as she does for him. That's when he wants to take her for granted and switch to someone who thinks he's a priority -- after all, why else be in a relationship?

Be who you are and love the way you know how...
If he takes you for granted, he's not deserving of you. Someone will appreciate what you have to offer.
Don't change yourself, try to be or not be who you really are.

Too much love ? That should not be a problem for any man , if he loves you he will respond in a way that you know is true love .
