Blood, as it happens. That's what the heart is - a vaccuum pump and a pressure pump. If you think that it serves any other purpose, you are living in a fantasy world.

i don't know about you, but my heart works like a pump which is not the equivalent of a vacuum

and if it's working correctly, it should be full of blood

if it needs to be refilled, i would consult a doctor immediately

by turning on full power, putting on the lowest floor setting, and sucking up all the filth i come across, until i eventually suck up too much and bust, and it all comes out at once and i end up in my local loony bin. hells yeah.

with blood--that's what a heart does, sucks in blood and pushes it out into other blood vessels
