What are some signs that a shy guy that I introduced myself to likes me? He at first seemed surprised and uncomfortable during that meeting. But instead of just a responsive smile after I always say hi to him, he calls out "how's it going?" and last week as I was after I waved to him on my way out of the library where he works he asked me how I liked this class of ours and then we had a conversation. But he doesnt seem to ask me a lot of questions, so its hard to tell if he's interested. Any advice?

Ask him an indirect question that will lead to the answer.
Something like
Whats your type of girl?
What do you look for in a girl?
Do you feel attracted to me?
If he says yes to the last one, give him a peck on the cheeck and then say something like, can I have a kiss back?
If he gives you a peck back then you grab him by the cheecks and kiss him on the lips this time and again ask, can I have a kiss back?
Well we don't want to cross the line here but chances are that if by step three he is still standing there then the answer is yes, he likes you.

Just keep talking to him when you get the chance, but don't force it.
It's especially important with a guy like this to let him make the first move, so don't ask him out or suggest getting coffee together. He needs to take that step.
