It started out with a running nose. Then a sinus pressure headache. Now aching legs. All within 2 days. Help!

get niquil thats good stuff. oh! and get that nasal spray, but make sure that you take aspirin first because nasal spray makes you stay up. so first niquil, then aspirin , then nasal spray, then lots of fluids, soup, then go to bed

Sounds like the flu or a bad sinus infection. Drink lots of fluids, hot showers, and otc decongestants and something for achiness. That should help. If not go to the doc. You might need an antibiotic.

Sounds like the flu to me. Last time it hit me my doc gave me claritin for the sinus problem, tylenol for the aches, and nyquil to help me sleep at night. Hope you feel better soon.

Just take Tylenol Flu. I would suggest the package that has the "day" and "night" pills together. Those work like a charm.
