Water, water, and more water. Hydrate your system. If you drink plenty of water before you have alcohol you won't get hangovers in the first place. It just means you were dehydrated when you started drinking.

Buy about four 12oz bottles of filtered water.
With the first take B Complex or a good multi-Vitamin and a few Extra Strength acetaminophen.
Follow it with a large amount of your favorite icecream then get out of your house if possible and get some air!
Sun, if weather permits!
After the third bottle your going to wonder why you're drinking the water because it ends up in the toilet!
Believe me, the liquid your putting in the toilet is nothing like the liquid you drank!
You are displacing, replenishing, and detoxifing all the bad things with good inside your body, with ever bottle and every visit to the John!
You will feel better when you're through!
I would'nt suggest going back to bed, but find a recliner and watch someing boring and quite on TV, like Golf of Surfing with the volume turned down!
If you nod off, good, just remember to drink the water even if you're not thirsty!
Don't mix beer with any other form of alcohol unless you enjoy being hung-over!

there is no cure for a hang over but if your sure your not even near to being hooked on booze then hair of the dog that bit you is good . that means have a few sips of the same stuff in the morn to slow down the withdrawal . also drink water and put some salt in it along with some sugar .
ice on your head if its really bad and most important
memory remember how you feel and think about it next time you start to have some drinks

aside from not over doing it in the first place- when you drink your body becomes dehydrated and you lose sugar and potassium. Try having a tylenol with many glasses of water a banana and some applesauce, but don't over do it on the food. stay away from caffeine until you are better as it makes your symptoms worse.

Be sure to have protein before you crawl into bed after you drink a lot as to much alcohol causes your blood sugar to drop making you feel awful. If you eat a protein snack before you crawl into bed it will help keep your blood sugar level so you don't feel so bad. If you haven't had a lot of protein today then try some cheese and crackers or peanut butter and crackers and see if that helps.
