To answer your question 31% (200,000 people) were killed by coalition troops and 345,000 were killed in sectarian violence. All 655,000 would still be alive today if you had not invaded. That's 2.5% of the population - applied to the American pop. of 300 million, it would mean 7.5 million dead.

First off you can't say they would be alive today? You don't know that. Saddam has killed or ordered the killing how many of his own countrymen. Not to mention, Iran and Kuwait. I've read the same report you read and I've also read the counters that the actual number is probably well under a 1/3 of the one you spouted. How many of the Iraqis killed has a weapon in their hand? Hmmm.. report doesn't say. How many were blown up trying to install IEDs? hmm..

So, in the end you are saying you would be happied living under Saddam? Well, he will be living in hell........ nope i won't say it.

This is very good to see, my master will be very happy with this. I must confess I was a little dubious of his reasoning for bringing the United States of America into existance, after all, freedom is exactly what we are trying to stamp out. A couple of centuries later and we have what you see today, the perfect puppet for the dark lord. Soon it will be time to dispense with these arrogant fools, and step into the new reign of terror that has been so long in the making. North Korea's nuclear program is progessing satisfactorily, but Iran is somewhat lagging. No matter, doomsday will soon be upon us and your short mortal lives will cease to be of any concern to us.

No Iraqi has ever done a thing to harm me or mine. My own people on the other hand have done plenty to make our lives difficult. Why should i pay my tax money to a government to kill folks that i don`t have a reason to want dead? This situation is unacceptable to me, it goes against all human principle. People who support this action should be made to go to Iraq and care for the orphaned children. This war is a true mark of barbarism. I cannot see how decent people can support it.
