Actually, in any other country that India, and India is a foreigner, so if you can be more explicit, that should help

There are two types of Indians; the Northern and the Southern. Mostly the Northern Indians are fairer than the Southern. The Southern Indians are quite dark in their complexion. As for a foreigner, depend on which country you are in.

the person who born's in india & spent his /her whole life in india with accepting all tradition and culture ...simply.called indian.....
and other people call foreigner.. asusual
