Johari is a concept created by two psychology researchers, and it was called that because of the names of its inventors, Joseph and Harry.
The Johari window is a model that describes interaction between individuals. This window consists of 4 squares, and this link is the actual image of the window, for better understanding of the concept:

The first square, called Open, represents the things I know about myself, and others know about me. For example, my age, my gender, and depending on how well we know each other, my motivations, my feelings, my behaviour etc.
The second square, Blind, represents what others know about me, but i don't know about myself. To exemplify, i might have food on my face, or a bug in my hair, but i don't see it, while the people around me can notice it.
The third square, Hidden, is the one where you hide your personal, intimate things which you know about yourself, and others don't. Things others might not know about me, may vary from my food preferences, to things like being gay or having a foot fetish.
The last square, unknown, represents what i don't know about myself, and others don't either. For example, you might be pregnant, but you're not aware of that (yet). Because you don't have a big tummy, others might not notice it either.
Hope this concept is clear to you now.
