Would Like some information about Greek Wedding Ceremony?

I attended a Greek wedding today and I have 3 questions about the ceremony....
1- is every Greek wedding ceremony exactly the same,
2- some people made the sign of the cross once others several times why the difference
3-are all Greek weddings held on Sunday

Thank you for any insight..it was a beautiful ceremony and I just had a few questions.

2. There are different worship styles in different Greek (even orthodox) churches.
3. No, not all are held on Sunday.
