Well to be honest I think he would love, G. W. Bush's head with a stuffed lemon in his mouth, served on a bed of herbs and spices. But that is what Saddam would want but not me.

as an iraqi i'd like to give him this menu and he's free to choose :
1- rat soup with his some of his victims bones.
2-donkey's s---t with fresh vegetables,
3-a splendid glass of urine as drinks.
