I am fairly thin throughout my entire body, but I have a chubby face and when I tilt my head down I get a double chin. Is there any way to get rid of that?

Try this facial exercise for your chin:

Close your mouth and keep your tongue flat inside your mouth. Put your thumbs together facing upwards and then place them under the chin (back towards the throat). Push the thunbs up and hold. At the same time, contract the muscle, by pressing the back of your tongue against the roof of your mouth. You should feel the muscle push against your thumbs.

It may take a bit of practice, but it can help firm a double chin. I also recommend getting a profile toner ball.

Muscle your cheeks up. Smile about a couple hundred times a day. Not whimpy smiles. Big smiles like that ones you get when you hear a joke but you try not to laugh. lol. Don't worry, be happy, and SMILE!

God Bless Ya!
