it sounds like you are eating very healthy foods already---so, the only thing I can think of is that sometimes your body can hit a plateau and it becomes accustomed to what's going in and your metabolism hits a wall.
If you've been eating the foods you listed here for quite sometime and haven't lost any weight yet, try adding some variety to your routine--different coloured vegetables, a heavier breakfast and a lighter lunch, for example.
If you've just recently started eating these foods, stick with it a week or two before you proclaim it a failure.
Good Luck.

God! You're doing everything right already. Ummm, try eating 6 little meals instead of 3 big ones. That keeps your metabolism going throughout the day. Also, don't go to crazy, but lemon juice helps add stomach acids and it'll help you digest food faster. Not eating after 7 pm is also a good way to make sure what you eat doesn't get a chance to store up. If you need a midnight snack, eat grapes, lettuce, or honeydew. And don't get a 6 pack or anything, but work out your abs enough to lose a little extra stomach lub. I need some work on that myself. I think I have a 2 pack now, but I'm still far from having superman abs. Also try to run two or three miles a week. Good luck!
P.S. The modeling buisness needs to know how to include a wider variety of people. i'm sure you're beautiful even if you aren't a size 0. Don't push yourself to hard to fit someone else's stupid mold. If you lose the lbs, then great. If you don't, then screw it. You're beautiful whether or not you lose a little more weight.

Hi I've lost a lot of weight twice- first time I was 5"2 and 155 and I got down to eventually 110, and 11 months ago I had a beautiful boy and gained 75 lbs I am currently 123. I lost 17lbs last month. If you only have 2 weeks I suggest complete dedication- so stick to a real healthy eating regimen and combine weights and cardio at least three times a week. I suggest a protein shake in the morning (make your own- fat free plain yogurt, dash of oj less than 1/4 cup) frozen berries, 1/2 banana and Protein powder I buy mine from Trader Joe's Lunch: try a salad with Kraft Free or other nf dressing and 1/2-1 cup fat free cottage cheese, or lean pizza pocket, or subway mayo free sandwich, dinner chicken or seafood with vegetable (no rice for 1st week-2nd week add every other day) also I use southbeach and healthy choice meals- mix for variety- but check the back to read protein and fat. try a 2 to 1 ratio. also along with weight training and cardio try core secrets it's a ball and incorporates weights with ab work- I love it. Also if you can afford get 1 or 2 training sessions that way you will excercise more efficiently and they can help you get more out of your workouts. good luck in the industry!!!

Hey lets see how this plan compares to your daily routine:
6am- Use the bathroom, weigh yourself; eat very light no white bread or starch; do a 1 mile walk in your living room- you can buy the walk away the pounds dvd...be sure not to stop moving during this exercise, you need to sweart and keep your heart pumping
NO snack in between meals, lay off the crackers and lessen your dalt and water intake- the two together causes your body to retain the fluids. Drink when you're thirsty but don't overdo it.
Lunch time- Eat a full course meal or a salad- no croutons, dance in the mirror- try to get your heartbeat up but over work yourself try this for about 30 minutes.
Dinner- Eat a bowl of cereal- Perhaps a bowl of Speacial K- it may help you go to the bathroom in the morning (you should have loss one pound by the next morning, when you get on the scale)
***If you eat heavy befor going to bed, please do your 30 minute walk a mile exercise to butn those calories from dinner but do not over work yourself.
***You may like different foods but try to stay away from the carbs- no more than 60g carbs per meal, greasy foods, and alot of salt
You should see results after the first day- atleast a pound a day if you hae self discipline.
Hope this info helps
Take care and I hope to see you on the runway *smile

It is doable. You just have to keep moving. Your food intake is going to be portion size. you have a good idea on what to eat to stay healthy. Make sure to get a multivitamin in there and do the target exercises for the hip and tummy area. You may have to do them more and swimming may help if you can get to pool. It's low impact. The crunches for the stomach and do them from the side too so that it's not just the front that's getting the benefit. Put on some music and dance, belly dance and get moving in every way your body can. Sexy music and like the pole dancing get that area working out. Shake and bump and grind honey l8ke you're putting on a show with no one there. Have some fun at it. Then don't eat just drink. Make sure to work up to this slow and don't hurt yourself. You'll be sore the first few times. good luck. Be healthy though, just keep moving and eating well, small healthy meals and snacks. Good night!

All this sounds good but you have to remember that exercising really is a key to loosing weight! You dont even have to break a sweat when you exercise but just do something! One thing you can do is jog up and down stairs about 10 times, that gets your heart beating faster and thats good. Something that will help with stomach fat is starting off doing about 5 sit-ups a night and increase every 3 days. And you say you dont like soda but if you ever do drink soda stay away from diets, it causes women to bloat BAD!!! Also it is always to sweat out water weight because your body tends to hold alot, but never loose to much!!! Another good snack is kellogs breakfast bars! For your height your in a good weight area, but it doesnt hurt to tone up! Thats why i have found after i started eating healthier and exercising more i lost weight and could keep it under control. An excellent source is counting callories, my sister went to a gym and spent alot of money and put together a meal plan for her and she lost about 40 lbs. But dont waste your money doing that when you can easily do it yourself by going to www.mypyramid.gov you just type in your weight and height and age and they put together a meal plan for you in seconds! I have been following that for about 4 months and lost about 14 lbs. just with using that! Really you should go there it helps alot! Basically just keep on top of exercising at least 30 minutes a day remember you dont have to break a sweat, always watch your calorie intake, and try not to stress out because that causes your body to be more tired and you will not be able to do as much! I hope this has helped! Write back and let me know if it did! Because these things certainly did work for me!
