Im 18 and single,I understand im still young but,Ive never had a boyfriend...Do you believe theres someone out there for everyone?

I really dont understand why I havent had a boyfriend,I have a good personality...everybody says im gorgeous..even strangers.In my mind I would be the perfect girlfriend.I have no baggage and I love football..so why cant I find love,when girls my age are going on there third or fourth boyfriend?

Oh Gosh, yes! Don't worry too much about finding someone. Love is like a butterfly, when you chase it constantly it always seems to fly away from you. And as soon as you just stop chasing it, it comes and lands on your shoulder.

If you want a relationship, you have to remember it is a 2 way street now, just ask a guy out until you find one. You will probably go through many men or 1 or 2 before that special someone come into your life. It is like hunting for a better job or getting a job. As for you question regarding is there someone out there for everyone is a myth, because some of us are doomed to be isolated from relationships all the way to our death bed. That the cruelty of a realistic life. I don't think there is someone out there for me, because I already knew that when I was 10 and fore saw my future when some idiot flipped me over the fence nearly broke my neck or possibly death.

ill tell you what, I was the same way, all threw school i wasnt popular or anything an i was alittle over weight, all threw school I never had a boyfriend, then I started goin out with my friends to a pool hall and a bowling alley in a different town where there was ppl i didnt go to school with or anything an thats when i started meeting all the guys... An found my husband... Just get out of ur town an look ;)

false, there is never that "someone" everyone believe there will be. Listen, God gave us the gift of free will. God puts us in certain situations to observe our decision making. We decide who we are, where we go, etc. Basically what i am trying to say is life is "unscripted." Life can go in any direction. So all this "destiny made us meet," "We are destine to last forever" is plain bullsh*t. Mija, you make your own destiny. If you want a boyfriend, go search for one. Please dont just sit and wait believing "he" will arrive in your life.....But yea, there is no such thing as that "someone" for everyone. I believe there's more than just one person. Hey....Im young as well and not very smart...lol. But I do believe there is someone out there for everyone. GOD made Eve for Adam so I think that he made someone for you as well.
Make sure that your not searching for love. I promise it will come to you. Also dont go out to some guy and automaticly think your in love with him. When your in love you'll know it. Well I wish you loads of luck.
P.S. My mom didnt marry till she was 25. I'd say your doing pretty good!

definitely...there are many people out there for everyone. i'm 18 and i got my first boyfriend my senior year of high school and he is the best thing that ever happened to me. it took me a long time and i got frustrated and sad about not having one for a while, but when you find that person everything gets a lot better and i have completely forgotten all the sadness i had over everything

well my dear friend,i belive that any person has a soul mate ,someone who can make u complete .It is good to know that the reason why it happens that u meet sb and dont realise how u fell in love with him/her is that any man has his Anima and any woman has her Aimus....which are completeing each other as u have seen the Yang Yin circle....
sometimes it may happen that u project ur ideal one or better to say ur soul mate in a person...and thats when u Fall in love with him....
anyhow i wish that when u find him u'll find the courage to let ur love embrace him the same way his love has conquered ur heart.....

yes! it took me a long time to find my husband. i never really had a boyfriend or date anyone. all my freinds and sister were married. now i'm happily married. and they're divorce. 20 good years. there is someone out there. it might take 10 or 20 years.when you do you be happy when you find that special person.
