1)when your nail polish is chipping, admit defeat and just remove it all.
2)never peel off chipping nail polish b/c it removes a layer of nutrients from your nails
3)don't cut your cuticles b/c thats the skin that protects your nail from bacteria.
4) use a nail filer by stroking it up and down your nail vertically.

vitamin e lotion shine and let them grow out plus wear a ring that is about 2 shades deeper then the color of ur nail polish and get some cuticle n nail oil then the guys will be lining up for a date with ya! LOL
