am 23 year old , my weight is 69 kg and my height is 5"3 .i want to reduce only my hipes bec my other parts is in shape.i alway so some excersise but i didn't get any results and now am tired doing this so pls suggest something through diet.i also had some weight loss pils but nothing effect.morning i will take only milk and biscuit then some juice , night i will take food.pls give me some tips to reduce my weight through proper diet.

Protein diet works well. Eat protein with no carbohydrates but don't exercise. When you stop the diet, then exercise a lot. It will help you avoid putting back on the weight you have lost.
