PROSCIUTTINI SPECK 2-3 LBS. R.W. Hobbs' Rustica Prosciuttini Speck is a finely marbled delicacy which can be served as a thinly sliced antipasto or tapas and is exceptional in a composed salad. Natural dry curing of a minimum of 7 months allows the Prosciuttini Speck to attain a perfect cure for a fuller, meatier flavor.
