I'm 24 and I don't even remember the last time I got a flu shot. I also can not remember the last time I got a serious cold. From my understanding the shots are more for the elderly and the young, ages more prone to catch the flu. So my advice is don't bother, at our age we have good immune systems so I wouldn't worry too much. Good luck!

It is recommended for children under 3 years , the elderly an if you work in the health field. Or if you are a caregiver of any of these people or any family members that may be going through any treatment such as chemo or radiation. You don't want to give this to anyone with a low immune system .
