Hey, i am currently losing weight and i was just wondering if kashi oatmeal rasin spice is a good thing to have for breakfast before i workout. It has 150 calories per packet, 16 sugars ,33 carbs. Is this ok or should i stick with yogurt and fiber one.

Allow me to suggest "real" oatmeal. You can add raisins, cinnamon, a dash of artificial sweetner (or honey) and a bit of skim milk.

replace your regular pasta noodles with whole wheat pasta for a more filling meal
