I'd do exercise and stay away from fatty foods. But what else is there? No surgery or pills, etc.
If I exercised, what kind? Cardio?

15 pounds in two weeks equates to a reduction of nearly 3500 calories daily. (not including diuresis) This extent on weight loss may be unsafe and should be monitored by a promary care physician. However the most effective way to perform this would be to incorporate a reduction in water intake along with a drastically reduced diet.

As a medical professional I would never reccommend this drastic a weight loss approach.

Impossible to do in a normal way without possibly causing yourself to become sick and then what will you be doing? What is a few pounds that you would obcess like this? Someone needs to talk to you or you need to get things in perspective. Your health is a lot more important than loosing weight that fast! Nothing or no one or no occasion is worth that....get it together and be yourself and not what's on tv. You are normal and not a stick, it's ugly to be a stick! It's sick to have thoughts that this can be an option for you. Go as you are and enjoy life, it doesn't last too long you know....when it comes down to it, what's more important a pound or two or your health and peace of mind? Good luck with your problem, not the weight. If you take water pills like the last person is telling you to do it will flush out all the vitamins, minerals and especially the potassium out of your body and that is very unhealthy. You could pass out from it if you aren't eating and drinking.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Please don't be in a hurry to lose weight. If you take a gradual, patient approach, the weight will come off and stay off. Weight managment isn't a quick-fix, it's managing lifestyle.

Gradually reduce simple carbs, but you can keep quality stuff like a little bit of pasta or potatoes. No sugar, no sweets, no combo's of fats and sugars, etc. Gradually work towards regular daily excercise. In a few months, with self discipline, you'll change your weight and keep it changed.

If you can't do the above, you'll neve keep the weight off, the bad habits that got the weight there in the first place will return.

15 lbs is two weeks is virtually impossible. This cannot be done in a healthy way, you will end up loosing more muscle than fat and be worse off then before.

2-3 lbs per week is the max amount you can do and remain healthy.

Exercise and eat about five small portions a day. Alot of water, and you know there is herbal water pill that's natural and helps you not to retain so much water. Good luck honey.

I know you said no pills but water pills (sold at drug stores) helps you lose all the water you retain and is perfectly healthy. Turns your urine blueish but it is not an appetite supressant. It really just makes you urinate all that extra water you are storing. They work great. Make sure to drink lots of liquids though and you will lose it even faster.
