im thinking about working out at least 2 hrs a day but i cant with schoolwork and my parents wont let me go outside w/ all the rain and i have no idea what to do!!!!! please answer!!!

You could just work it into your day. Walk up and down the steps a few more times than you need to or before homework do some pushups and situps. It will be easier that way. Also, eat as healthy as you can and don't obsess over it. Just do your best and slowly (which is how you should do it) you will lose weight.

You don't need to work out 2 hours a day to loose weight or get fit. One good workout 20-30 minutes every other day will do it. You have to workout and watch what you are eating and drinking as well. Try a good aerobic workout like Tye-bow or dance aerobics...and watch those carbs....good luck.

well do simple things like eat health you know instead of cookies eat apples have salads for dinner or dessert what i do when i get up to boost my energy in the morning i do simple things like push-ups sit ups and lift weights if you don't have any weights buy some there not so spindly and good luck.

then draw out a solid diet plan and lose weight by what you eat, start counting calories and if all works out you wont even need to go to the gym
