I want to install this on a 2007 Sierra "Classic." I will always have difficulty getting parts/accessories for this truck unless I tell everybody it's a 2006 or they think you have the new 2007 truck. Wouldn't the wiring for 07 Classic be the same as 06? 05?

The '07 Classic is basically an '06 anyway. I don't see why installing a remote starter would be any different. Just watch out - we've had some issues with aftermarket remotes in the past. We've stopped having them installed.

basically the wiring you deal with is a starter door locks and a security bypass, so yes the wiring in these systems is the same, the only differences may be in accessories but not likely. I have programmable remote starters installed in 2002 GMC Sierra and 1999 Cadillac Seville, both systems works fine except that sometimes when started remotely it creates some conflict with security and PCM showing security error. This does not affect anything else and you can still drive the car, mostly the error message is gone after another start

the '07 classic is a leftover '06 that they make an '07 to extend the warranty and get them sold, so yes it all parts an wiring wil be the same as an 06.

It is very likely. the instalation instructions call for wire colors. Unless you see different color codes in the pattern, then you should be fine.
