This past weekend my best friend told my ex bf that I was trying to ruin his life. When I haven't done a single thing to him. And she likes him on top of that. And today she started yelling at me b/c she thought I was daiting her ex when I'm not and I told her that and confronted her about it. She still won't believe me. And she has been telling my ex bf lies about me and his other ex gf. And now he believes that I'm trying to ruin his life. What should I do to win his trust back so we can be friends again? And what should I do to tell him? Even though he won't talk to me anymore b/c I hurt him.

Leave things alone and let it work itself out. You haven't done anything so if you start trying to fix it then it's only going to make you look even more guilty. He'll learn in time that you never did any of the things she said and he'll have to be the one to find a way to make it up to you. Let him see that your a stronger person then what she is making you out to be. and he will respect you more for it. I would just let him know that your not guilty but your not going to start trying to prove it to him either, and that he'll have to work it out himself. If you start having to prove things to someone you will be having to prove things to them from now on. If his going to believe you then let nature take its course. As for her why are you even friends with her. Dump her and if you do date her ex so what, that's why his her ex.

You can first show him by getting a whole new set of friends. Why do you girls allow your "so called" best friends intervine in your lifes like you have no control over it. Once he see that you no longer associate with her then tell him again (or write him a letter, you'll probably have better luck). It may take some time for him to realize the truth or he may not realize it. If that is the case then look at it as a learning experience on the kinds of friends you choose.

I think U should keep trying and don't give up.
U don't need him to talk to U, U just need him to listen.
Call him up or just e-mail him. Don't stop trying. As 4 your BFF i don't think she Really your friend if she did those horrible things to you she not really a good friend.

The only way to get through to him is to talk to him. Just give him some time to calm down and then try talking to him.

You say you didn't do anything to him then contradict that by saying you hurt him.
