I have some type of cut or soemthing that has not healed on its own. I was thinking of usuing neosprin. Is it okay to put in my nose. I figure it should be because you can put Vicks in your nise and vasoline, so why not Neosporin. sorry if I misspelled anything!

Yes, you may have a bacterial infection, so use Neosporin.

But DON'T use Vicks. It is dangerous to use Vicks in your nose. Saw it on the news awhile back and also read it. Just can't remember the details so check it out for yourself.

No neosporin. Do sea salt soaks daily (meaning put some warm water in a shot glass with a little bit of non iodized sea salt), and wash it with scentless antibacterial soap.

Yes. Inside your nose isn't internal use. Use the Neosporin in you nose.

Why on earth would you?

Your cut will heal on it's own. You should check with a Dr. or pharmacist before putting anything up your nose.

If Its way up in your nose, I wouldn't recommend it. When I got my nose pierced, thats what I used on the inside and outside.

Yes it is ok as long as it isn't way up the canal. Use a q-tip for application. You will be fine.
