why hard boiled eggs? the egg yolk is full of unsaturated fat and a source of cholesterol, and is definitely not to be consumed when on a strict diet. egg white is ok.

first of all, any diet should be a balanced diet, which means any diet should have protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, calcium and fibre. depriving the body of any of these in any of your meals means you will be compromising on your health.

so make sure that every meal comprises of all of the above components. oatmeal is a very good source of fibre and it helps to remove body fat and also is quite filling. you could consume this, boiling it with some skimmed milk and adding a little bit of sugar to taste. milk here is a good source of calcium and protein. just ensure that it is skimmed so that the fat is eliminated. you could also take an apple with it. that would include the vitamins and minerals that are necessary for the body. this could be your breakfast. never skip your breakfast.

for lunch, you could have a cup of boiled rice with some skimmed yogurt or boiled vegetables. some lean meat or fish is also allowed. cut out on fatty meat and whole skin chicken.

you could take a cup of skimmed milk and a fruit in the evening. at night you could take oatmeal porridge or a couple of whole wheat tortillas, rolled out and pan cooked without oil. a cup of boiled vegetables along with this, would be great.

a strict no to ice creams, chocolates, cheese, butter, fries, fatty food, sweets, etc.

drink at least 8 - 10 glasses of water everyday. make sure that every meal is followed by a glass of warm water, it flushes out the toxins and fat.

20- 30 minutes of walking in the morning and evening would be wonderful, to get you in good shape. and if u want to wrestle, then a good exercise regimen will do u good. just eating oatmeal will not keep u in good health and good shape to fight any wrestling matches. so be sure about your balanced and healthy diet along with lots of water and exercise. good luck.

That "diet" won't prepare you for wrestling. There isn't enough protein for intense workouts. The oatmeal has too many carbs to allow efficient weight loss.

Pick something that focuses on chicken, fish, egg whites and a few servings of non-starchy veggies. Drink plenty of water, especially before and after working out or running.

You might like a protein shake based on whey protein (low carb). We have recipes at the Kimkins site, but basically mix the powder with various 0 cal drinks like Crystal Light or diet soda.

Too many eggs are way bad for you!!! More than 4 a week is not good.

In addition to that you should have a balanced diet. Eating the same exact food is bad.

Your not eating enough vegetables. Also are you drinking milk or taking Calcium supplements. Everyone should take a multi-vitamin. Also, eggs are high in cholesterol, which later on in life could cause high blood pressure even heart attack.
