So long as you didn't just transplant only one or two into that environment, or move those that were from warmer climates such as much of those found in Canada, then eyes they likely would. survive and prosper

As for what they would eat - they are considered to be the top predator (ie, top of the food chain) in any cold climate in which they exist, so a more apt question would be "what wouldn't they eat?" :-}

polor bears are the more carnivorous member of the bear family so something thats meaty or fishy. they'd survive.
