Sure why not? What do you have to lose? If you should discover that you don't like it, you could always have your hair trimmed and then let it grow out, and then use those highlights everyone else has been talking about as it grows out, so that it doesn't look too weird.
Overall, I say if you're even remotely thinking about it, just do it!!! You only live once and you might as well go for the gusto!!! Just be careful if you color it yourself, otherwise make an appointment with your hairdresser.

I'm glad you told me your skin tone, but the combination of eye color and skin tone determine the hair color choices that are best for you. Guessing that your eye color is blue or green or a mixture, Honey blond is a good choice and so are: Golden highlights, Golden brown, Chestnut, Copper, Auburn and warm White (not near pure white).

With red in your hair, it might be wise for the first time to have it professionally colored. Coloring kits just don't lift the color like the salon colors do and you might end up with ORANGE! Let them do it the first time, then you can follow-up every 6 weeks with coloring kits from the store. Good Luck! (I love being a blonde!)

yes! because I just went from blonde to the color you have now..and I'm sure you'll look amazing..but get highlights first becaue that's not healthy for your hair to do such a big jump like that..get some highlights now..then wait a few months and get some more and before you know it you'll have the honey blonde hair that you want!

try some honey blond high lights first. it will look really nice on your skin color! then if you like it alot have your whole head dont. but dont for get it is easier to touch up the roots on highlights not on your whole head!

purple hair seems somewhat stable with a easy complexion. yet once you easily need to die your hair only try perchance a brunette sorta color. yet you may get an exceedingly stable opinion from a hairsalon, only flow in there and ask them then settle on.
