My dad and a friend have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I also want to look better and feel better. Lost 15 lbs so far, and that's alot of motivation in itself.

I am going back to California for the holidays and I want to be slim enough so I can enjoy myself and eat plentiful at Christmas.
