I've read that there are foods that have fewer calories than are burned by eating them. This seems like an unrealistic dream....do these foods exist, what are they, and where can I find out more?

Celery is one of them. I don't know of any others, but the cellulose (?) fibers in celery apparently do take more calories to digest than are in the actual celery itself.

As I think about it, I would think that any zero-calorie drinks would also fall into that category, if for no other reason than that your body has to do SOME work just to process them through.

I know of only one.

Fill your ice-tray with water. Place in freezer for several hours. Remove and enjoy!
