I went to an auction and got 4 2lb containers of tuna salad..grocery store stuff. I know freezing mayo if iffy but can I get away with freezing this?

Tuna u can freeze but not the salad part it will go soggy.

Whatever you do don't freeze it. It will stay fresh in your frig for about 3 days. And that's if you have a good refrigerator. Just don't make too much tuna salad at one time.

You bought tuna at auction? LOL. Umm, freezing works only if you have a completely airtight container. And I wouldn't keep it for too long frozen or not.

yes you can just make sure they are WELL sealed and no flavors or smells get out. i would hate for your ice to have a tuna smell and taste.you may want to divide it all up, that way you wont have eat the whole container. those handy lil snack size bags from ziplock, great for a 1 person meal.
