I'm glad you told me your skin tone, but the combination of eye color and skin tone determine the hair color choices that are best for you. Guessing that your eye color is blue or green or a mixture, Honey blond is a good choice and so are: Golden highlights, Golden brown, Chestnut, Copper, Auburn and warm White (not near pure white).

Go to a salon. Tan skin and red tones in your hair virtually guarantee that you will end up with copper penny hair if you try to lighten it at home. And if you lighten it, it will go frizzy when you straiten it. You should consider only adding highlights so you can keep staitening your hair without killing it.

The hairdresser can help you in this area, If you can't afford it you can go to one of the hairdressing schools that will do this for cheap
