A soft buttery yellow, or a sort of the golden yellow that you see in the old world style rooms, that would be nice with the olive and black. Or you could go bold and go for red!
What ever you decide on just remember that life is too short to live with white walls!!

You could always go with classic white becuase you can't go wrong. If you think that's too boring than I suggest going with the color of our couch or maybe a lighter version. That would look really good. You can always consult a interior designer. But I like the olive color idea or the white.

A dark beige in the brown range( don't go to the pink range) will set off the olive and black very smartly. Don't be afraid of color. It's only paint. I think you'll like it.

white you have a broad spectrum of conflicting colors so you can use a pastel unless you buy new furniture or paint the stuff you have.black would be ideal but nobody paints their walls black. it would be rather dark.

I would suggest a light-orange color... not a pumpkin, but just a lite shade. That would be complimentary of the green, bring warmth to the room, and enhance the black.

Be careful not to make it too Halloweeny...
