Probably not but go get your blood tested just to be sure then to to the police for part #1. Good girl and good luck.
If you do not want to press charges on part #1, just have the police file a report. Nothing will be done, at least now but it will be on record what happened in case you should need it at a later date.
Just words of wisdom

Unfortunately, the courts will not consider this rape. Does not help the way you feel however, go to the doctor, STD's are not the only problem you need to worry about. Get check for EVERYTHING! Std's and pregnancy!!!

I didn't see the first of this question but if he TOLD you he was not going to wear one, that seems a bit sharp to me because you have a choice there as well. I would have told him yes you will or you can stick it back in your pants the same way you got it out.
Anyway STD it is always likely without safety. Go to your doctor. They are the ones whom can tell you for sure.

Didn't read the first part but if you told him to stop and he didn't, plain and simple that was rape. As for the STD the only way to know is to see a doctor. Best of luck.

get yourself to a doctor asap!!! don't wait one more day.
Your county might have some free services.
I didn't see your question about rape. If you said NO it is rape, the fact that you asked for a condom....you had to ask.
This guy needs to go down and pay for what he has done.
He needs to know that no means no.

Anytime you have unprotected sex with anyone that you don't know where they have been you run a chance of getting an std. I would go and get checked out anyway even if he says he doesn't have one.

You need to make an appointment to get tested for ALL STD's. Did you tell him "No"? If you said no and he did it anyway it's rape.

Did you have yourself checked?Did you say no or don't or stop?Did you try to push him off? If you said no to these questions,it could still be consider rape, but you'll have a hard time proving it.

This is time waster's questions.
No one can give an STD just by SEX. First he should be suffering from one such STD.
