They're the big three antioxidants in the vitamin collection. Be careful with A and E, since it's not too hard to overdose on them.

A and E are fat-soluble vitamins, meaning excess is stored in yoru body. So don't overdo them.

C is water-soluble, and any excess for the day is peed out, so the chances of overdoing vit.C are much slimmer (but it can happen). C is needed for skin health, wound healing, and general healing fo the body.

A is great for night vision and feeds the retinas. E is also good for skin. All 3 are good as antioxidants in the blood to capture free radicals that may cause blood vessel damage.
