Hong Kong is considered part of China on account that July a million, 1997. One usa yet 2 governments. Mainland China is COMMUNIST usa, no freedom of speech. Hong Kong is a DEMOCRATIC city, freedom of speech is permitted. Hong Kong is extremely westernised, because it replaced into part of British territory for a hundred years, so Hong Kong is a special mix of chinese language, ecu and interior the final 30 years, eastern subculture has been fairly everyday.
