Why do America and Britain lie about winning WW2?

It wasn't Britain or America that won WW2. It was the Russians. Everyone else had a very small role and their main contributions were to make things worse. Here are some indisputable facts for you Yanks and Poms.

1) Churchill was an idiot. He declared war on Hitler over Poland which now incidentally belongs to Russia. Hitler actually wanted to be friends with England and Russia was his goal. Churchill didn't give a fig about the Jews either. They had nothing to do with Churchill's decision. In fact he didn't lift a finger to help them.

2) Japan was at war with China two years before the European war started. In WW1 they were on our side. They changed sides after the idiot Yanks interfered with the China war by embargoing Japan. They had won the war against China after thousands of years and this upstart British colony tries to starve them. No wonder they bombed pearl harbour! If not for Yankee interference the Japanese wouldn't have been a threat to Australia. Stupid Yanks!

WWII was a team effort. That is why folks are called Allies. I believe it was Neville Chamberlain who finally went to war with Hitler over the Polish invasion. You have a simplified view of history, son. It is complex and you have to study it in depth. The reason the Allies did not attack the death camps were two. first for a long time no civilized nation in the west could believe in them. then they cold bloodily decided focusing on bombing the German War machine would end the war quicker and save the most lives.
Japan would have attacked the west sooner or later without the embargo. Their goal was as Japanese dominated Pacific and South east Asia from the first. Their personal empire. It was never about liberating other people's.
As for what I said about an allied effort. Britain held out a year alone. Hitler attacked Russia, not the other way around. Russia's great casualties that a lot of people point to as proof they won the war were primarily due to Stalin's stupidity in purging his prewar officer corps. What really won WWII whether you like it or not was American industrial might and technology.

Wow, it is amazing how one can twist the facts in there favor, Poland doesnt belong to Russia, Poland is free,(since 89) the United States had a little something to do with defeating Germany, you know the whole 5 million soldiers on the western front thing, without that it is doubtful the Russians could have overran Germany at least so quickly, who destroyed the German airforce?, and not to mention Japan was so militaristic it isnt even funny. They werent the same country they where in 1914 their government had been siezed by militarists, and it is obvious your an idiot.

The Russian didnt win WW2 alone but their losses and contribution were significant.

Operation Barbarossa certain gave time to he Anglo/American troop build up in Britain to to finally launch Overlord in June 1944.

By way of fighting and troop quality, the Russians won by sheer weight of numbers meaning they took millions of casualties too.

The Germans that fought the Wester nfront were depleted and spent from the Eastern front, were refitted and they gave a hell of a time to the Americans and British. Without the air superiority, the Western front would had stalemate.

If Russia chose to join the war against Japan in the last days, they earned that right.

Better you read up more on the Sino/Japanese war, your points are not valid at all. Japan invaded China for its own imperalist gains, the US and most of the Europeans had the trade embargo to pressure Japan to withdraw.

If Japan had to attack Asia during WW2, the fleet in Pearl Harbor would had been destroyed anyway, that expansionist plan in the Philippines which is US controlled.

Although Russia did take Berlin, Hitler lost the war for himself. Hitler through careful research and video evidence, it is believed hitler had Parkinsons because he took speed to often. Hitler then knew he was going to die, and opened up war on all fronts. Hitler's troops were too exhausted spread out and weary to protect, Germany on 4 different war fronts (east and west europe britian air raids, and Africa.) Hitler, has a peace treaty with Russia, he attacked russia. America actually won the race to berlin, but stalin told the Americans he wanted to take berlin and The Americans agreed. It was more Hitlers fault that he lost the war. Russians had a major part, but without the American help, Hitler wouldve massacred everything in Russia. It was the winter of '44 (i wanna say) where the tide changed because he troops were ill equiped for Cold combat. It was a combined effort, but if we must agree on something France did jack sh*t except surrender.

Well to answer your question to the best of my ability I would read what you wrote and seeing that you acknowledge that Russia had "won the war", I come to the conclusion that, you my friend, are an idiot. Seeing that Russia was on the same team as America and Britain. Us civilized folk called that team "The Allied Power". "Churchill was an idiot"? America made Japan surrender with an atomic bomb and Britain defeated the Germans in Europe so of course we won,the Russians had a very small part in world war 2.

Stalin killed all of his best generals so the crummy replacements who fought the Germans in WW2 used crappy tactics which got millions of their men killed. By the way, the Russians only fought on the Eastern front for the entire war, while the the British and Americans fought on the Western front, the African front, in Italy, and in the Pacific theater. The Chinese were also in a civil war the entire time, so the Japanese didn't have to interfere much. All the Russians and Chinese did was distract the Axis and get themselves killed. What a crock hitller lost the war all by himself simply by splitting his forses and fighting on multiple fronts had hitler not gone mad from syphillis and concentared his quest for europe one country at a time the way he stated off europe would have fallen quickly and complettly and america would never have entererd the european conflict the changes made by hittler being in control of europe would have made changes to the world power basis therefore the war with japan may never have happend.

the brits were slowly loosing the war in the end but they did most of the fighting and destruction of germans on the western fronts the russians wer one of the ral winners america claims victory because they arrived in the end and no other country attacked mainland america. american infrastuctre wasn't even scratched by the ememies they sure did defeat the japs but accomplished that buy dis obeying the geneva convention but the rits russians french aussies kiwis were the real winners because the fought the war all the way through
