I believe that it is impossible to know if there is really a god or not. Does this mean I am agnostic?

Yes, it is impossible to say "God dosent exist." therefore you would be consider an agnostice -one who claims he "dosent know" if God exist. also knownw as one who "professe ignorance". I denied the existence of the God of the universe for many years. I later realized that my belifes were not founded on truth, but on a love for my ungodly lifestyle and an unwillingess to lok serously at the facts. I would like to explain this by adressing your conscience for a Moment.
Is it Right or wrong to Murder? of course it is wrong to murder and your conscience bears wittness to this fact.
Is it right or wrong to steal? again its wrong and your consceince is ther to tell you this.
it is also wrong to lie and commit adultery and use Gods name in vain. This is true Because God has given is inner light (Conscinece) to every Man. have you ever lied or stolen? jesus said if you look at a woman to lust after her, you have committed adultery and if you hate someone, God sees that as murder. The terrfying fact is that you will stand beofre a Holy God who has seen eevry thought word and deed and every secret sin, because of this you will be without excuse and face the consequences for your sin (death and hell). the good news is that Jesus suffered and died for your sins and If you will repent (turn frm sin) and place your trust in jesus, God will then forgive you and grant you the gift of everlasting life. God has given you everything you need and when a Man calls himself an atheist or an agnostic, he is not attacking God, but is rather attacking His own Conscience.
God Bless

First you assume that there is or is not a God. Where did you get the notion of God? Bible?

You assume that it is impossible to know (observed knowledge).

A agnostic (coming from the word "to know") can not be believe either way.

God reveals, man observes. Revelation versus science.

In science we have theories that explain facts. A fact is an observation by men (note plural) independent of location. There are no facts about God by that definition. Science can not help regarding "revealed" knowledge.

Now we come to belief. Specifically, what do you believe. What you believe is yours. What do you believe about God. Do you believe in the reveal knowledge that God exists? The bible never proofs anything about God, the reader just assume it. Or you believe the opposes, there is no God. Both position requires belief.

Now we get to the grey area. You have read the "revealed" knowledge, and have no belief one way or another. It does mean that you will, but at this moment you do not know what you believe. This is the state of an agnostic.

Not necessarily. Is there any more to it for you? Meaning, you may believe it's impossible to know for sure there's a god yet you have faith anyway. If that's the case, then you're not an agnostic. But if "I don't know" is where it begins and ends for you, then yes, you're agnostic. If you're confident enough to say there's no god then you're an atheist.

Not necessarily. It is impossible for all of us to know the truth about life and death, but it is about what we choose to believe. Faith is having a strong belief without having absolute proof. While we can not see or hear god in our physical realm there is enough evidence to support his existence, for example the incredible essence of life itself.

There are so many prove that God exist.. Look at your surrounding. Can people create tree alone? Can people create another people perfectly? Even cloning also got it weaknessess. Thing cannot exist by itself. There must be creator and the creator is God.
