What about that character on Sesame Street. He looked like a spy wearing a trench coat and fedora and would walk up to people "Psst...wanna buy a letter" and then say the letter? He would open his jacket and there would be the letter of the day on the inside of his jacket...in your case the letter "s" (Pssst...wanna buy the letter "s"...cost you one dollar...."
