I want to start oiling my hair to minimize the frizz. It seems like there's so many types of oils out there--jojoba, coconut, avocado, safflower. Which is the best one to use for my thick hair?

I know several women with thick hair that use some essential oil. Honey, everybody has their favorite. Some like olive, some like coconut, some like carrot, some like lavender because it smells so good....I think they all are good as hair and scalp oils to treat hair ends and strengthen or grow hair. Personally, I favor jojoba, but know many female relatives and friends who choose olive, tea-tree, and coconut.
Before shampooing, do a hot oil treatment: You may use just a plastic cap or add heat. Using heat, sitting under a dryer for 15-30 minutes (some people wrap hot towels around the plastic cap on their head), is best for better results in my opinion. Then shampoo your hair with somewhat warm or cool water. At times when I didn't feel like sitting under a dryer or using towels, I just used a plastic cap and let it soak for about 1-2 hours before washing it out. Personally, I combat dryness so I always follow shampooing with a deep condition whether I have done a hot oil treatment or not.

I discover the coconut oil quality hair oil for hair progress and powerful hairs. Massage coconut oil two times or three times in per week. Also, a hair oil with any other blend like hibiscus offers extra advantages to the hairs. There are many hair oil to be had in marketplace however my individual inspiration could be to take a look at average oils like Dabur Coconut Oil with Hibscus as I am utilizing it given that few years.

You should use hair oil cream. Like Carrot Oil Cream or Olive Oil Cream. I use Mane 'N Tail Carrot Oil Cream and Olive Oil Cream. Hair oil sometimes makes your hair too oily and limp. Apply the cream to hair from roots to the ends, and brush a few times or message it in with the balls of your fingers.
