This is an easy question- DON'T DO WEED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!, Gawd, everyone and there mother checks for drugs, for employement, sports, you name it. You can even buy home drug test kits at certain drug stores. SO if you did weed, the only thing you can do is wait, a loooonng time, because traces can be found in your hair as well, so you have to grow your hair out completely after you stop using it. And some tests include not just pee or blood but hair as well. So you better have a tow or three months before your scheduled drug test.

if your going for a wiz quiz then you have to stop smoking for a bit. What works for me is: if my quiz is at 10am then I get up about 2am that first morning wiz holds about 75% of what there looking for. Then I start drinking a cranberry juice and water mix 50/50 a few hours into this i take a cranberry juice concentrate caplet, the more you wiz before your quiz the cleaner your system will be............but they frown if your wiz is clear.......soooooooooo I take some vitamin C tablets turns your wiz yellow and B-complex. I get myself peeing at least twice an hour and watch the color. The more you wiz the less they will find....just keep drinking until you hit the parking lot of the testing site and keep wizing can't stress that enough. I have never failed a wiz quiz ever....and I still like my weed. But you need a good heads up before your test........I've done it in 24 hours before.

My advice would be just to drink lots of water and pray that the water dilutes out the weed. THC is fat soluble to there's really no way to clear it out of your body, but it is possible to have such dilute urine that it isn't as detectable. Do not take niacin, all that will happen to you is flushing - very hot, red skin,sweating, very uncomfortable. If you don't take my advice and you do take niacin anyway, it would be advisable to take it with an aspirin to avoid the flushing. Good luck!

go to a storethat that sells paraphenalia and get the pill that you chew the day of your test. it comes with a free kit as well that you do the day before I think. my hubby did this and his test came up negative.
