You will see results in 2 to 3 weeks. In 2 months you will have a perfectly nice flat stomach.

You need to do more than just sit ups. But with a good ab workout (My fave ones are here http://www.healthandstrength.net/ab.exe.htm ) you should see SOME results after about 2-3 weeks, but with consistency, you will be SMOKIN by summer!

Not too long, probably as little as 2-3 pounds gone should do it, 2-3 weeks should be enough
