so my orangish hightlighted hair where do i get toner and is it expensive? does it work?

yup sall's it's just as good as the salon stuff

It is cheap, at Sally's beauty supply...about $4...if it looks orange get a blue(or blue-violet) based toner...USE MISS CLAIROL..... get something in a level 9 or 10....try Towhead or Champagne Ice...they will both make your hair a natural looking blond
