You think it is funny and it is a turn on.
How stupid and cruel can women be? Do you know how damaging that can be, it is a long list, but to keep it short he can have infertility problems or lose a testicle(yes not that rare)! It is not just hitting, in that private place and especially done by the opposite sex, men usually feels sexually abused(even if does not show his feelings). It is a sex offense. Not to mention the emotional trauma.
And women claim they are more sensible than men and non violent, yeah right!
That should only be used if someone is trying to rape you or kill you, only emergencies, only extreme cases of self-defense. If you do that in other situations, then you are 10 times worse than the guy you kicked.
If you think is funny to hurt and damage men like that, then you don’t deserve to be loved by any man or to have a family.
Do you think men hurting women or raping them is funny too? No, because it affects you directly, typical female way of thinking. And you are spreading the word that is OK! You are lucky men are not like women, but some day you are going to kick the wrong guy and then you will lose your front teeth, or even worse go to jail.

I think sunshine means "pilates"....
ANyway...ab crunches in different forms are the best, and you have to be thin enough for people to actually be able to "see" your abs...so get o the treadmill if that's not the case. If you 've got a spare tire in your midsection all the crunches in the world won't do a thing that you'll be able to notice.

3 sets 25 crunches on mon,wed,fri, take maximum 2 min break beween sets, for obliques lay flat on the ground legs straight out and lift each leg up 50 times 2 sets.

8 min. abs video/dvd works great! also, remember to always hold your stomach muscles tight when you walk or sit. This will also help support your lower back and give the illusion of tallness.
