There was a good frozen bag mix at Wal Mart. Banana strawberry flavor and berry flavor. I think it was just frozen fruit and some kind of thickening powder and we added a little apple juice then blend until smooth. It was pretty good. Now I am craving one. Hm.

The best smoothie ever!! I NEVER make a smoothie with anything other than yogurt as the base first of all but here is my recipe...
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cups diced mango
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Combine the coconut milk and yogurt in a blender. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
ENJOY!!
(watch out for the mango strings though, they get caught in your teeth, lol)

The best banana/strawberry smoothies I have made... not from a restaurant/venue, hold their secret in the FREEZING of the fruit, beforehand. In a blender, I pour in some prepared crystal light, (flavor is up to you, but I like the strawberry based flavor... I think it's strawberry kiwi), a half of a frozen banana, a few frozen strawberries, some light/fat free strawberry/banana yogurt, and a packet of splenda. Then, I LOVE to add a dash of cocconut extract. For thickness, I add crushed ice. For thinning, I pour in more crystal light. I like to top it with some spray-can light whipped cream.

This one is the best I've had EVER:
It's frothy and awesome with or without ice, but you do it in the blender either way: Serves two - unless you want seconds for you!
2 cups OJ (with lots o' pulp - is a thicker and frothier juice)
1/4 cup fruit punch (can be Crystal Lite or Hawaiian punch or whatever you like)
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
If desired (awesome in summer) fill with ice 1/3 of the way up the blender before blending and increase the fruit punch and oj by 1/2 cup.

Mango Vanilla Strawberry!!!
Mango puree, fresh strawberries and vanilla yogurt. Combine all in a blender, puree and add milk to adjust viscosity. Whole bean vanilla ice cream... Breyer's for example would be a good substitute for the yogurt if you prefer your smoothie thick like a shake. I also prefer a mixture of heavy cream and half and half instead of milk.... Hey you didn't say that they had to be healthy, and this is DELICIOUS!!! :-)

What I suggest you do is try a combination of rootbeer and chocolate milk. I really enjoy it.
